Abac Restaurant in Barcelona
The chef and owner Xavier Pellicer serves a small selection of dishes, such as "De Potera", calamari with lettuce, and salicorn (sea asparagus) pil-pil with seaweed, sauteed baby octopus with Rossinyol mushrooms, and sweet bread with vanilla-flavoured baby onions. The restaurant has recently moved from the Born to Avenida Tibidabo and boasts an elegant interior - the perfect setting for fine dining.
