This Canadian-Catalan owned restaurant uses global ingredients like Danish beef or Australian river salt. The "à la carte" list is short but creative and diverse, with courses like the recuit from Fonteta with Cantabric anchovys and peanut butter and sherry vinegar jelly. Elegant yet simple interior.
