El Lliure Restaurant in Barcelona
After the renovation of the old Palace of Agriculture, restaurant El Lliure opened up their new elegant restaurant inside. In a luxury atmosphere with warm coulors, chef Fabián Delgado is creating typical Catalan and Mediterranean dishes with everything from the classics to more modern versions. Duck breast with plums and walnut salad, the garlic hake, or the salad of fresh cheese, spring onions and red mullets.
