El Mirador de Palau de la Musica Restaurant in Barcelona
Palau de la Musica, a significant building in the old town of Barcelona, with an absolute beautiful facade and spectacular interior. The last restorations were made by the Architect Tusquets, a glass construction that stands in contrast with the original modernist facade. El Mirador del Palau de la Musica is also new since this last changes. It is a luxury bistrot that servs updated French and Catalan dishes. Favorites are, among others, the classicle crayfish canneloni with sweet tomato jelly or the Tatin de butifarra negra y manzana (black sausage and apple tart).
