Afetr being situated in Horta during a hundred years the restaurant Gaig moved to this 1980-style building of the Hotel Cram and reopened their culinary kitchen to the public. At Gaig everything is made out of the best products, wether it is fish, seafood, meat, poultry or mushrooms. Carles Gaig's cooking is traditional Catalan food transformed to a new higher level with the help from the french nouvelle cuisine.
