The glass roof, graphics and warehouse-like decor, designed by Javier Mariscal, are what makes Tragaluz stand out. The food is excellent, and offers a wide selection of dishes. Sophisticated salads, juicy braised oxtail with cabbage, tuna tataki with cardamom water and brown rice with baby vegetables. It“s an impressive place, but a little on the expensive side.
